®HG 型黑烟过滤器，选用目前世界上，治理柴油机黑烟的产品，耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗冲击性强透气率高，易再生储存尘量大的合金属纤维膜，黑烟净化器通过壁流式过滤原理，尾气只有通过滤材，才能排出，在发动机正常工作温度中起到净化作用。
®HG 型黑烟过滤器，由框板式组成的多层过滤芯，安装在（可分解式）净化器内，
维护时可拿出过滤板清理，不必拆卸管道连接部分。由发动机功率决定过滤层的使用数量。
在使用过程中捕积层的再生，需要手工完成。

柴油发电机组运行时，通常会发电机隔音产生95～128 db(a)的噪声。如果不采取必要的降噪措施， 机组运行的噪声将对周围环境造成严重损害。为了保护和改善环境质量，必须对噪声进行控制。机房降噪
柴油发电机组的主要噪声源均为柴油机产生，包括排气噪声、机械噪声和燃烧噪声、冷却风扇和排风噪声、进风噪声、发电机噪声、地基振动的传递所产生的噪声等：
隔音毡是隔音工程中常用到的一种简单、快捷的隔音材料，材质是聚氯乙烯和铁粉。虽然是发电机墙体隔音的一种材料，但隔音毡在发电机墙体隔音中起到承上启下的作用，连接减震垫和龙骨，多用于像风发电机墙体这样的隔音工程，在管道隔音中不仅能起到隔音效果，且还有防潮的性能。至于在发电机墙体的隔音该如何处理呢？
关于发电机房墙体的隔音方案:
由于发电机房制造的噪音比较大，对大多数的工作人员来说噪音影响也比较大。所以较好给发电机做个隔音房，在发电机四周上下左右都全面覆盖，做到全面的隔绝噪音。也就是在发电机的墙体上做隔音，关于发电机的墙体隔音也用到了隔音毡。 对于风发电机墙体的隔音，根据发电机隔音量的不同，可以分为单层墙和双层墙2种做法。考虑到这个发电机的噪音辐射并不是很大，建议使用单层墙隔音。关于发电机房单层墙的隔音方案就是在原始墙体上粘上3.0隔音毡，在隔音毡上粘上10mm减震垫，在减震垫上打上轻钢龙骨，龙骨内填充35kg/40kg的隔音棉，用防火防水468隔音板安装在发电机墙的龙骨上，较后在发电机房墙的较外层粘上穿孔吸音板，可以让发电机的墙体充满古典美。
发电机房做隔音方案自然不知这一点，除了发电机房的**部和地面，还有就是做好其余三面的墙体隔音施工，方案都是一样的。至于发电机房的**部较好留有一个圆孔，方便里边的机器散热和通风。上边发电机墙体隔音方案只是我们华东动力介绍的一种方案，对于发电机的隔音我们有专业的工程师做指导，让您*风险、低成本的把发电机的噪音隔绝在内，告别噪音生活，从隔音开始
柴油发电机房降噪处理的原则是在确保柴油发电机组通风条件即不降低输出功率的前提下，采用高效吸音材料和降噪消声装置对进、排风通道和排气系统进行降噪处理，使之噪声排放达到国家标准（85db(a)）
